Key Responsibilities
* Act as a liaison between Zoho and its channel partners—building, maintaining, and managing long-term relationships with current and prospective partners in the assigned territory.
* Play a vital role in the revenue growth of Zoho’s channel partner organizations, serving as the key point of contact for channel partners, and distributing Zoho’s sales and technical resources to help partners grow revenue.
* Understand the partner’s business; help to overcome any pain points in selling and implementation.
* Provide responses to partners’ inquiries; troubleshoot support issues.
* Track business goals and revenue metrics for each partner.
Requirements
* Knowledge of sales and a passion for technology; desire to learn, understand, and solve partner needs.
* Channel management and sales experience with cloud business software, preferably from an international setup.
* Excellent verbal and communication skills, with experience in daily video calls, meetings, and follow-ups with partners and internal stakeholders.
* Fluency in English and at least one CEE language.
* Valid driver’s license and legal right to live, work, and travel across the EU, due to travel requirements.
