We're Hiring: Program Manager – EMEA IT Systems Standardization & Integration
Join us in leading a strategic IT transformation across the EMEA region! We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive the standardization and integration of ERP systems across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
What You'll Do:
* Lead a multi-year program to implement a standardized ERP solution, including SAP S/4HANA (Central Finance, Central Payments, Receivables Management, Fiori), SAP ECC, SAP MDG, and ePS Radius.
* Manage complex, interdependent projects and coordinate with global teams for process reuse and compliance.
* Oversee program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
* Act as the primary liaison for vendor management and corporate IT functions.
* Facilitate program-level meetings and ensure execution of PMO processes.
What We're Looking For:
* 10+ years of experience in IT Program Management for large-scale, multi-site programs.
* Strong expertise in SAP environments and ERP integration.
* Familiarity with packaging industry processes and related software solutions (ePS Radius is a plus).
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
* Strong leadership, financial management, and resource planning capabilities.
* Ability to influence without authority, adapt to change, and work across cultures.
Preferred:
* PMP or equivalent certification.
* Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry.
