Job Summary The Tour Delivery Manager is responsible for developing and managing regional tour manager teams to deliver an excellent on-tour experience.
The role focuses on recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team to ensure the achievement of Collette brand standards.
Since Tour Manager performance is the primary driver of the on-tour experience, we aim to have the best Tour Managers in the industry.
Primary Functions Hiring / Recruitment: Develop annual hiring and recruitment strategies to support business growth by sourcing top candidates aligned with our standards.
Training and Team Development: Evolve training strategies based on individual and team needs, including on-the-road coaching and training.
Conduct tour prep and briefings for new and existing Tour Managers.
Assist in resolving on-the-road issues.
Support the planning and execution of the annual TM Collaboration Meeting.
Performance Management: Manage team members to meet established metrics related to customer feedback using our quality management tools.
Identify training opportunities and resources.
Supporting Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to tour enhancements and marketing content through input from the regional team.
Support new product development and operational processes.
Travel: This position requires some travel, estimated at 4 tours per year.
Knowledge and Skills 3-5 years of industry or management experience required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish.
