Offer Description
A temporary full-time position is advertised at the Fundación Canaria Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria de Canarias (FIISC), for the development of the BionicVEST-2 Project, financed by the European Union. The aim of the project is the development of a commercial bionic vestibular implant for vestibular dysfunctions, under the supervision of the Head and Neck Otorhinolaryngology Service of the Complejo Hospitalario Universitario Insular Materno Infantil.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in European project management, skills in administrative tasks and financial management of projects, knowledge in modelling and design tools, familiarity with agile development strategies (AGILE), participation in research projects in the area of Otorhinolaryngology, and working experience in research in general.

Additional Information
1. A gross monthly salary of 2,984.88 euros,to be paid in 12 ordinary payments with 2 extra payments in the amount of €1,438.50 (accrued from December to May and June to November) and 2 additional payments in the amount of €591.33 (accrued from January to June and from July to December)

Eligibility criteria
The evaluation criteria are based on the candidate's academic and specialised training, relevant research and work experience, and ability to perform the duties of the position. Points are awarded based on qualifications in specific areas such as medical imaging, clinical trials and device design, as well as participation in research projects and publications. If necessary, interviews will be conducted to assess additional skills such as attitude, teamwork and communication skills. These criteria ensure a comprehensive assessment to select the most suitable candidate for the position of Senior Technician in the BionicVEST-2 project.
Selection process
The selective process requires a minimum of 3 candidates to proceed. If this minimum is not reached, the application deadline is extended. Candidates have 3 working days to correct any admission defects, either by sending an email or handing in documentation in person. After this, the definitive lists of those admitted are published and the places are ranked, followed by the recruitment of the candidate with the highest score.
