You can truly be yourself and belong, share inspiration, embrace new opportunities, thrive, and make a real difference.**About You And This Role**We are looking for you, **an ambitious Mechanical or Industrial Engineering student**, to support our Production Team by doing an internship project for our location in La Roca del Vallés, Barcelona. Spain. To support the department in the following’s tasks:**Responsibilities**- Update in Cimalex the different packaging used for each customer profile.- Fill in daily data related to the previous day's production.- Perform Woc's & IFE's and resolve operator questions when they are made.- Help to follow up on the implementation of the 5's.- Provide support in the follow-up of small actions related to IFE's.- Assist in the evaluation of packaging improvements to reduce costs and/or increase productivity.- Support in the standardization of tooling.- Assist in data collection (creating and implementing checklist and measurement checklists) to improve extrusion scrap.- Review and update shift start checklist.- Implement simple stock control systems for consumables (cartons, wood, rollers, kevlar, tapes, etc.).- Assist in the management of subcontracted suppliers.- Enter data of orders to be extruded.**Qualifications**- You are currently studying for a master’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.- You can stay for a minimum of 6 months (exact timing to be discussed).- You have good technical and interpersonal skill set and Organizational and planning capacity.- You must have a vehicle to go to the plant- Collaboration agreement with the universityIf you have the capacity to learn Don´t miss the opportunity of joining us and take advantage of being part of an international company that commits to ethics, transparency, professionalism, and teamwork.
