Ph3Job Description /h3 pIn your role as Head of Product Team Commercial Air Conditioning Europe you hold PL responsibility for the light commercial Air Conditioning business in the region Europe within the Product Line Air Conditioning and Well-Being. /p pThis includes: /p ul liProfit Loss responsibility for PAC units and VRF systems in the region (revenue, gross margin) /li liStrategy development and execution in accordance with the Product Line strategy (market, products, RD, manufacturing) /li liPortfolio management for products in the assigned region for Hitachi, Bosch and York branded light commercial Air Conditioning products /li liPricing strategy (setting and steering) in alignment with the country sales organizations /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbExperience and Knowledge: /b /p ul liStrong command of PL, business acumen /li liVery good command of pricing waterfalls, margin and cost steering mechanisms /li liFamiliarity with working with large contractors, developers and commercial partners in the building sector /li liUnderstand and manage legislation framework with country-specific regulations, deriving relevant requirements for product and market development /li liSpecific market knowledge of HVAC industry (technology, trends, competitors) /li liKnowledge of sales channels, business models of key partners across the country sales organizations /li liExtensive knowledge of Asian manufacturers’ landscape /li liTechnical knowledge of most common HVAC solutions and their usage in buildings /li liGood knowledge of building architectural needs, regulatory framework by country and its impact on HVAC technology roadmap /li liGood knowledge of supporting processes along the sales journey (marketing, pre-sales, training, after-sales, spare parts management) /li /ul pbPersonality and Working Practice: /b /p ul liSolid understanding of strategic planning, decision-making, and change management /li liLeadership skills across cross-functional and multicultural teams, in an intercultural setting /li liInternational networking intercultural abilities /li liExcellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. /li /ul pbLanguages: /bFluent inEnglish.
