Your Responsibilities:
* Improve monitoring, alerting, and service reliability across teams.
* Reduce time-to-mitigation with playbooks, dashboards, and telemetry.
* Guide development teams on reliability best practices and shared responsibility.
* Optimize CI/CD pipelines and support progressive delivery strategies.
* Analyze and enhance system scalability and performance.
Your Profile:
* 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering with large-scale systems.
* Knowledge of Kubernetes Control Plane and distributed systems.
* Proficient in Go and building automation or integration tools.
* Strong Linux, networking, IaC, and container experience.
* Experienced with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) and messaging systems (Kafka, NATS).
* Proactive, automation-focused, and resilient under pressure
