Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Mondi’s Internal Sales team and act as a strategic partner to the Commercial Director. You will coordinate cross-functional activities with External Sales, Finance and Operations to boost commercial performance and enable informed decision-making. Your work will focus on commercial analysis, KPI tracking and process improvements to drive growth. This is a hands-on leadership position at a integral company with a local, high-performing team, offering a meaningful impact on business results.

• Lead, coordinate and develop the Internal Sales team
• Foster strong collaboration with Internal/External Sales, Finance and Operations
• Support commercial strategy and operational execution for the Commercial Director
• Act as Deputy Sales Manager when required
• Perform commercial analysis, KPI monitoring and high-level reporting
• Support sales controlling and country performance tracking
• Coordinate commercial activities with Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Administration
• Monitor customer performance, margins and sales forecasts
• Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes
• Promote a customer-oriented, results-driven culture
• Travel between plants/sites to ensure alignment and coordination
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and company policies
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Economics, Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in Internal Sales, Sales Coordination, Commercial Controlling or similar leadership roles
• Strong commercial mindset with strategic vision
• Experience leading and motivating teams
• High analytical capability and reporting skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Availability to travel between production plants/sites
