US Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for the furniture and home décor
industry? Do you have a proven track record in building strong relationships with key retailers, architects,
and interior designers? We’re searching for a highly motivated US Sales Manager to join our growing
team and help drive our expansion across the East Coast.
Your Responsibilities
We are experiencing significant growth and a strong interest in the ferm LIVING brand and products across the United States.
To support our rapid expansion across various sales channels, we are looking to strengthen our sales team with a dynamic Sales
Manager on the East Coast.
The US Sales Manager (East Coast) will be pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our retail distribution network within
the furniture and home décor industry. This role requires an accomplished sales professional with 5-10 years of experience in
highly motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about embracing new challenges.
- Key responsibilities include
- Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and implement the company’s sales strategy and go-to-market
approach, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Executing sales activities with excellence, providing dedicated and thorough follow-up with our retail network to
enhance the presentation of the ferm LIVING brand, including in-store displays and merchandising.
- Expanding our distribution network by partnering with high-quality retail partners where relevant.
- Establishing and maintaining world-class client relationships, driving sales activities with partners to build and
strengthen the ferm LIVING brand in the market.
- Cultivating and sustaining relationships with architects and interior designers who specify furniture, lighting, and interior
design products.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales Support Team, managing order follow-ups, creating sales quotes, and responding
to general customer inquiries.
- Quickly and effectively identifying and resolving client concerns, working with both partners and the Sales Support
Team to ensure problem resolution and prevention.
- Participating in annual trade shows, optimizing results through thorough preparation and dedicated follow-up.
Required Qualifications and Experience
retailers. You have a successful track record in both B2B and B2C sales, preferably within the interior design products sector.
Moreover, you have a strong personal drive with a “can-do” attitude and excellent interpersonal, communication, sales, and
influencing skills.
- You demonstrate both enthusiasm and professionalism in sales, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to “getting it
right the first time.” A passion for sales excellence and customer service is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of sales management experience within the consumer industry—preferably with a focus on brands and/or
furnishings. Demonstrated competencies and a proven track record of increasing sales and profits.
- Strong understanding of analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing track or control.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the US East region, with occasional trips to Europe.
