As our first Employer Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute our employer branding strategy from the ground up. You will own our talent brand narrative, crafting compelling stories that showcase our culture, values, and impact. This role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure we attract and engage top-tier talent who align with our mission.
Employer Brand Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a data-driven employer branding strategy aligned with company growth goals.
Build and manage a content calendar focused on employer brand storytelling.
Content & Social Media Marketing
Create engaging content (videos, blogs, employee spotlights, social posts) to showcase our culture and impact.
Manage and optimize our careers page, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other talent marketing platforms.
Measure and improve candidate perception through surveys and employer reputation tracking.
Use data to refine branding efforts and enhance engagement.
Experience building Employer Brand Strategy and Execution for startup or high-growth environments.
4+ years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or related fields.
Experience managing employer brand presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and analytics tools is a plus.
A strong writer and content creator who knows how to engage diverse audiences.
Comfortable with social media, digital marketing, and employer branding best practices.
Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally, especially with Marketing, HR, and Leadership.
