ScopeThe Sales Director Iberia is responsible for leading and managing all commercial activities in Spain and Portugal. The primary objective is to drive sales growth, maximize commercial value, and ensure customer satisfaction, aligning the strategy with global corporate goals. The role involves developing and executing the sales strategy for the Iberia region, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Responsibilities :
Develop and execute the sales strategy for Spain and Portugal, adapting global policies to local market needs.Lead, motivate, and manage
the Iberia sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development.Drive revenue growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities, and increasing market share in targeted industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders at C-level.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to support commercial activities and ensure alignment.Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate sales performance and make data-driven decisions.Manage the sales budget and optimize resources for maximum profitability.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key negotiations in the Iberia region.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in Spain and Portugal.Report regularly on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.RequirementsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.5–10 years of sales management experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, customs, or related sectors.Demonstrated experience in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Experience managing multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.Fluent in Spanish and English;
Portuguese is highly valued
