The consumer beauty marketing internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of a 360º marketing strategy. You will gain broad and relevant experience in marketing that should prepare you to enter a fast-paced work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Marketing trainee for Fragrances & Bodycare FMCG brands, you will support the marketing of the assigned brands of FMCG and work closely with cross-functional departments such as Demand Planning, Sales, Trade, Purchases and Finance, to assure bring project to life and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
**Your main focus**:
Marketing projects management Provide support to the Marketing Team in the management of the product life cycle: Launch of products (selection of global initiatives to be launched locally based on consumer behaviour, creation of internal presentations for trade and sales, creation of launch toolkits, execution of launch strategy) Assortment management (product catalogues) Support in creation and execution of promotions and other point of sales activities (contact with creative agencies and brief, participation in development of creative assets and materials)
**Analysis and Monitoring**: Develop category knowledge and analytics capacities: Monitor and analyse market conditions to proactively identify key competitors and consumer trends. Work closely with Brand & Product Manager to develop analytical skills analysing periodically sell-in and sell-out of assigned brands as well as the competition. Realize regular store checks to identify opportunities and capture category trends.

As a consumer beauty marketing intern, you will develop multi-tasking skills with a 360º marketing view, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: Recently graduated or currently studying (MBA or master’s in business, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good command of English and Spanish languages
