Job Description
Purpose of Role: Responsible for daily reconciliation and posting in SAP of supplier invoices against internal reservation system records, including dispute resolution. Maintain a clean AP ledger and prepare bi-monthly supplier payments. Act as the main contact for suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice processing and reconciliation, requiring active interaction with external suppliers and internal teams. Participate in monthly closing tasks related to AP and control risks associated with open and not invoiced bookings. Play a key role in process optimization and standardization for invoice processing and reconciliation.
Accountabilities: Ensure the accuracy of the AP sub-ledger by timely and precise transaction recording. Minimize risks of negative breakage by monitoring delayed invoices. Follow internal controls to safeguard company assets, mainly cash assets.
Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills, analytical thinking, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure. Proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Result-oriented, proactive, and fluent in English.
Experience: Completed education as an accountant is desirable. Minimum of 2 years accounting experience, preferably in a service-oriented or international environment.
