Quest is seeking a seasoned and proactive team player with high energy to join as a Regional Channel Account Manager for the South region within the EMEA Partner Ecosystem team.
This role is vital for shaping our sales and business development strategy, focusing on expanding our partner network across EMEA. Developing Quest's partner ecosystem is key to our success.
The Channel Account Manager will build and nurture strategic partnerships with key regional partners, manage existing relationships, and identify new opportunities. The role involves developing executive-level relationships, defining go-to-market strategies, and driving field engagement and sales collaboratively with regional sales teams.
This individual must foster strong internal relationships within Quest, including with the Channel, Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Sales Operations teams, to ensure partner success.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a Data Management, Data Intelligence, or Data Governance software company, with a proven track record in building and leading channel or alliance partnerships, especially in the Data & AI space.
This position requires based in Spain, with a strong network and knowledge of the Iberian partner ecosystem. The candidate should have at least 10+ years of experience working with partners and selling into strategic accounts, along with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities include recruiting new specialized partners, managing existing ones, developing joint business plans, ensuring adherence to the partner program, and executing GTM strategies. The role also involves driving lead generation, account planning, and managing partner onboarding and training.
Minimum requirements include a proven sales or consulting background, experience in Data & AI solutions, and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. A Master’s degree is required; an MBA or EMBA is preferred. Multilingual skills are a plus.
