About The Role
\n
As a Business Developer for a leading Nordic insurance group, you will identify and develop new business opportunities across the Danish‑speaking market. Through proactive outreach and relationship‑building, you will connect potential clients with the right insurance solutions — playing a key role in expanding the company's presence in Denmark.

Responsibilities
\n
Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails
\n
Present insurance solutions tailored to the needs of Danish‑speaking businesses and individuals
\n
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, managing the full sales cycle through to closure
\n
Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
\n
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and activity KPIs
\n
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system
\n
Requirements
\n
C2 level of Danish and B2+ level of English — written and spoken
\n
Previous experience in sales, business development, or a client‑facing role
\n
Confident communicator — comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
\n
Goal‑driven and self‑motivated with a proven ability to meet targets
\n
Knowledge xugodme of or interest in the insurance sector is a plus
\n
Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card)
\n
