3. Onboarding - Deliver engaging onboarding experiences that go beyond orientation-connecting new hires to our culture, tools, and business-critical recruitment skills from day one through their first year, reducing time-to-productivity and driving confidence as reflected in new-hire feedback and performance milestones.
4. Functional Skills - Deliver task-specific sessions on functional skills, bringing learners to role-readiness through hands-on, applied learning.
5. Tools & Technology - Teach salesforce and other core systems; post-session quizzes and early-usage data confirm confident adoption.
6. Foundational Soft Skills - Facilitate workshops on communication, collaboration, and service mindset, maintaining satisfaction / NPS scores at or above benchmark.
7. Local Knowledge - Integrate region-specific policies and procedures so participants rate content "highly relevant" in feedback.
Anforderungsprofil
8. 2 + years' experience delivering in person and virtual training (systems trainings)
9. Ability to adapt global content for local audiences
10. Confident & engaging facilitation style; fluent in (insert languages)
11. Ability to interpret participation and feedback data and suggest improvements
12. Familiarity with an LXP / LMS and strong PowerPoint skills
13. Willingness to travel within the country or region (include when relevant)
14. Knowledge of the recruitment industry and ways of working is a plus
