About the Opportunity
Being part of the On-Trade team developing our brands in the growing channels with a focus on developing our brands in the proximity channel.
About You
Results oriented, aspiring to develop the business as a founder in your RTM with a focus on growing our Premium portfolio and Innovations and protecting the Core business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver on the two objectives: EFO & new model.
Accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers.
Negotiate at Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets.
Drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred.
Affinity with On Trade, Events and/or Promotions.
Ability to organize work independently and effectively.
Negotiation skills.
Good communicator and active listener.
Team player.
