Full-time (39h/week)
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00
Salary:EUR19,738 gross/year
Your Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting to users of software and cloud-based products.
* Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
* Communicate clearly and empathetically to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Document cases and follow company procedures accurately.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address complex or escalated issues.
Requirements
* Fluent Portuguese speaker (C2 and higher level).
* Good command of English (written and spoken).
* Education or experience in IT, ideally with knowledge in:
o Cloud technologies
o Microsoft products: Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, etc.
o Microsoft Windows (a plus)
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
* Ability to handle diverse customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
* Valid paperwork allowing employment in Spain
