To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Software Engineering with experience on:
PEGA Platform 8Rest APIs & PostmanEvent-Driven architectureSalesForce Marketing CloudJavascript & PythonITIL (JIRA/ServiceNow)
Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the assigned tickets (analysis, development, unittest, deployment, and documentation) in the issue tracker.Evaluate system issues and proactively suggest enhancements to enrich thesolution.Assist the Tech Lead to estimate and challenge the development effort.Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate techsolutions. Enrich the internal database with newly identified issues.Work closely with cross-functional teams (PEGA Developers, Front EndDevelopers, Scrum Masters, Tech lead, QA…) aiming to improve operationsand provide recommendations for change.Attend Agile (Scrum) ceremonies i.E. daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning,Sprint Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives and maintain statusof activities up-to-date in Jira and/or ServiceNow.Contribute to and enforce best practices in the developed Product.Develop a customer-oriented mindset and a culture of trust andtransparency.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a PEGA Systems Architect or similar roleExcellent problem-solving, communication skills and high attention to detailHands-on experience with PEGA, Postman, Confluence, JIRA, API andevent-driven architectures.Keen to learn other technologies, namely SAP, Salesforce.Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issuesExcellent in English both written and spoken;
other languages are a plus.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and its ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban).3-5 Years as a PEGA CSSA or CSA role with proven project experienceB.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
