We are seeking a Consulting Manager to lead transformative projects in insurance and banking IT & operations, build client relationships, lead teams, identify upselling opportunities, contribute to organizational development, develop intellectual property, and support sales and marketing efforts.
Your profile includes :
* Over 5 years of experience in insurance / banking sector consulting or technology strategy, with a proven track record in large-scale transformation projects.
* Outstanding degree in an analytical field from a top-tier university or equivalent experience.
* Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish; German is a plus.
