Job Title: Global Commercial Product Manager
The role ensures the commercial success and long-term viability of services related to the MDSAP & ISO13485 sector. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing schemes (Audit, Certification, Training) to meet market needs and expectations of SGS affiliates, customers, and scheme owners.
* Identifying trends and opportunities for new products/solutions, and coordinating go-to-market strategies with SGS affiliates.
* Providing commercial strategy and guidance to facilitate product growth in key regions.
Key Accountabilities:
* Developing business plans and commercial strategies aligned with segment goals.
* Establishing global and local pricing strategies in collaboration with affiliates.
* Supporting marketing initiatives and developing marketing tools with the Global Operational Marketing Team.
* Conducting market research to understand customer and market needs.
* Monitoring competitive activities and supporting sales and business development efforts.
* Participating in scheme owner committees to maintain influence and exposure.
* Ensuring effective communication with other Global Product Managers and the Global Business Manager - Healthcare and Medical Devices.
* Representing the voice of the customer in product development, prioritizing features to maximize value.
* Adhering to health and safety policies and SGS's Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
Essential Qualifications:
* University degree in a relevant field.
* Proven sales and business development experience within the medical services or healthcare industry.
* Leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Knowledge of ISO13485 and MDSAP.
* Experience in Testing, Inspection, and Certification.
* Background in quality assurance and auditing.
