As part of our Revenue Management Department, we are looking for a Revenue Management Specialist with strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and a passion for optimizing commercial performance.
This role is essential to maximizing revenue potential, improving fleet utilization, and ensuring our pricing decisions align with market trends and business objectives.
The responsibilities of the position are:
Analyze pricing, demand patterns, and fleet utilization to recommend rate adjustments across markets.
Develop and optimize pricing strategies based on data insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
Regularly review and update rental rates to maximize revenue and maintain market competitiveness.
Prepare detailed reports on revenue performance, trends, and key insights for management.
Forecast demand to support planning and ensure optimal fleet allocation.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to align pricing strategies with business goals and seasonality.
Monitor pricing accuracy and availability across reservation systems, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Track competitor rates and promotions to anticipate market movements.
Support special projects and contribute analytical insights to drive continuous revenue growth.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or analytical roles within rent a car, travel, hospitality, or similar sectors.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and experience using reporting tools.
Solid understanding of yield management, pricing strategy, and demand forecasting.
Ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
Experience with revenue management systems and reservation platforms is highly desirable.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
