As part of our growth, we are hiring a P&C Technical and Staff Function Intern (m/f/d) in People and Culture Department. The main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:
* Assistance in reporting monthly GLF Engineering KPIs
* Organization of events in the engineering area
* Control of clocking in/out and notification of absences
* Documentation submissions and employee consultation assistance with support from the Engineering P&C technician.
* Filling of labor documentation
* Processing of risk sheets
* Support to the department in performing other functions
MY PROFILE:
* Bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources or similar
* Human Resources Master is valuable
* Proficiency level in English and Spanish is needed (C1)
* Proactive, creative and dynamic profile is required
