Key Responsibilities Global Contracts NegotiationManaging the efficient negotiations and review of global / framework agreementsBeing responsible for the contracts drafting processEngagement with functional owners, legal department and Vendors, including organization and participation in bilateral knowledge sharing sessionsMaintaining agreements database, tracking contracts' expiry dates and assuring the extensions are signed in a due timeEnsuring Vendors' compliance to agreements, terms and conditions, Euronet policies and standardsManaging Relationship with VendorsFacilitating review meetings with Vendors and functional owners, identifying the areas of improvement and follow up of resolution of escalated Vendor-related issuesLiasing with operations in order to establish and review SLA and KPI parametersPrepare and coordinate RFP processManage Purchase to Pay cycle via RFQ / RFI / RFP by organizing various tendersDeliver the costs reduction and its optimizationFollow respective purchasing policies and procedures in conjunction with Vendor Management Director and in order to guarantee compliance with internal regulationsSupport Vendor Management Director in suppliers management according to the company's purchasing and quality standardsGeneral Requirements Experience in vendor management within a multinational organization, including proven experience in contracts negotiation and its drafting process (as a MUST
