Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing efficient and solution‑oriented support
Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, especially in audiovisual, music, and connectivity fields
Collaborate with team members and provide support across teams to ensure seamless service
Escalate issues when necessary to senior support, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Language Proficiency: C2/ fluent French and a strong command of English (B2 level or above)
Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, preferably in technical support
Knowledge of signal connectivity, wireless networking, music, and AV products
Working Hours: Monday‑Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
