Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for supplier crisis management. Coordinate with internal teams and supplier stakeholders to stabilize operations. Implement corrective actions and ensure continuity of supply chain processes. Lead change and transition initiatives to restore normal operations. Monitor and report on progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management. Drive industrialization efforts to prevent future disruptions. Deliverables Crisis Management Plan tailored to supplier operations. Weekly status reports on recovery progress and risk assessment. Action plan for process stabilization and long-term improvements. Documentation of lessons learned and preventive measures for future incidents. Requirements Strong experience in Supply Chain Management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of Line of Business (LOB) processes. Expertise in change and transition management. Ability to lead industrialization processes. Crisis resolution and decision-making under pressure. Availability to start ASAP
