Responsibilities:
This is an operational support role within the Regulatory Affairs department, ideal for students or recent graduates. The job involves executing a well-documented process, including requesting certifications from suppliers (via the client), managing documentation, uploading it to SAP, following up, escalating when necessary, and performing administrative tasks within the system.
* Follow a standardized process outlined in a ~10-page document.
* Request certifications through the client for each material number.
* Receive and verify regulatory documents.
* Upload documentation to SAP.
* Follow up on pending requests.
* Use SAP to record and advance processes (button pushes, simple workflows).
* Ideal for students or recent graduates.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Willing to undergo short SAP training or learn independently.
* Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to follow written processes and transfer knowledge to others.
Additional information:
Experience abroad in work or study is positively valued.
