Quoting, designing, and operating group travel programs and packaged holidays.Booking travel services (hotels, transportation, activities, guides).Coordinating with local suppliers and ensuring service quality.Direct communication with international agencies, especially in German-, French-, and English-speaking markets.Preparing itineraries, rooming lists, briefings, and operational documentation.On-site supervision of key or VIP groups (optional).Managing flash sale operations with fast response times and accuracy.Handling incidents and providing 24 / 7 support during group operations (rotating shifts if applicable).Collaborating with the sales and product teams for feedback and continuous improvement.RequirementsRequirements :
Strong organizational and multitasking skills under pressure.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Public Relations, Events, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in a DMC, inbound tour operator, or wholesaler, with a focus on group tourism, logistics, or event coordination.Fluency in German and English;
French is a plus.Proficiency in tech tools such as booking systems, management software, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft 365, etc.Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.Availability to travel and to adapt to the department’s needs during events or peak activity periods.
