Position Overview We are looking for a Business Developer to strengthen our commercial and partnership strategy and help expand EarthPulse’s presence among large enterprises and institutional partners.
This role combines business development and customer success, working end-to-end across the business pipeline: from identifying and engaging new enterprise clients and strategic partners to defining business models, pricing strategies, and value-driven proposals for our digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with the ability to understand corporate challenges and translate technical solutions into business value. You will interact with executives, business units, and innovation teams across industries, helping EarthPulse identify and grow new opportunities for cross- and up-selling.
Support the commercial aspects of funded innovation projects (e.g., business plans, pricing models, market validation for new digital platforms).
Engage with large enterprise clients and strategic partners to understand their business needs and translate them into clear, data-driven value propositions.
Support the preparation of business proposals, partnership frameworks, and strategic materials for corporate engagements.
Lead customer success initiatives to demonstrate the ROI and business impact of EarthPulse’s solutions.
Monitor industry trends to identify new growth vectors and business opportunities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering, ideally with a hybrid profile combining technical understanding and business perspective.
~2–3 years of experience in business development or customer success with large enterprise clients or strategic partnerships (more experience is highly valued).
~ Proven track record in building B2B relationships with corporations in sectors such as Energy, Infrastructure, Supply Chains, or Insurance.
~ Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and understand their strategic priorities.
~ Familiarity with publicly funded or innovation projects (e.g., Fluent in English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus).
