Answering repair calls and coordinating customer service with the team of repair technicians.

We are looking for people with native or bilingual Dutch and commercial and/or customer service experience. Fluency in Dutch is a must, as calls will be handled in Dutch.
You must be available to work from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 20:30 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 17:30 pm .
You will work rotating morning, afternoon and central shifts.
We offer you the opportunity to work as a Customer Service Agent in the BSH Customer Service Centre, serving Dutch-speaking countries.
Initial training period (included in the contract) so that you can take your first call with the confidence that you have the necessary tools to do a good job.
