About the RoleAs a German account manager, you will act as a trusted advisor for German businesses, helping them optimize their digital advertising campaigns. Your role will have a direct impact on their success, as you work towards sales targets while contributing to the expansion of the client's customer base across EMEA .
Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement customized digital advertising strategies.Provide performance-driven recommendations to maximize ROI.Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email, building long-term. partnerships.Work towards sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
RequirementsFluent German (C1 minimum) and proficiency in English.BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.6-12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred).Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising.
Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: €24,310 – €30,000 gross per year (based on experience).Sales bonus package: Up to €3,000 - €4,290 gross per year.Relocation package: Includes flight ticket, one-month accommodation, and private health insurance support.Permanent contract & full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday).Comprehensive training on Google Ads & sales techniques.Career growth opportunities & Google certifications.Dynamic work environment with team-building activities & social events.
