We are currently seeking an SAP Planning to Manufacture (PTM) Business Analyst.
The primary responsibility is to provide solutions and enable enterprise processes for the business on SAP PP & QM modules, with secondary expertise in Warehouse Management (WM). Module knowledge should include Production Planning, MRP, Quality, and Warehouse Management within a multinational company context.
You will participate in SAP project implementations across various regions, aligning with Flowserve's Global Business Process Standardization, corporate policies, governance, and statutory requirements.
Your role :
* Manage the Planning to Manufacture process within our S / 4HANA program, focusing on SAP modules : PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management).
* Ensure functional and process quality during SAP implementation and improvement project lifecycles.
* Support global enterprise enablement initiatives.
* Collaborate with SAP Consultants, Business Analysts, and regional / global business partners.
* Work closely with the production support team.
Your profile :
* Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Science is required.
* A Master's degree in a computer-related field is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
* Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
* Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2-3 SAP implementation cycles.
* Expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in Production Planning and Quality on S / 4HANA.
* Strong expertise in Warehouse Management on S / 4HANA.
* Knowledge of integration with SAP PS (Project Systems) is a plus.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality and production problems.
* Capable of managing multiple tasks with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
* Team-oriented, responsive, organized.
* Willingness to travel up to 25-50%, domestically and internationally, to Flowserve sites worldwide.
