Key Responsibilities
Creative:
* Update, duplicate, or rebrand existing marketing materials (brochures, inserts, presentations, etc.).
* Draft and design new marketing collateral within brand guidelines.
* Develop event support and other marketing materials as needed.
* Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to prioritize projects.
* Support printing processes, including sourcing promotional items.
Digital & Social Media:
* Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute social media content using an editorial calendar.
* Monitor social media channels to respond to comments, identify trends, and make recommendations.
* Ensure brand voice and standards are consistent across all digital platforms.
* Monitor websites and review pages, reporting errors or updates as needed.
Project Coordination:
* Manage and prioritize assigned projects.
* Keep project management tools updated with current status.
* Assist with collecting and reporting on ongoing projects.
* Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met and adjusted when necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who enjoys teamwork but can also work independently, who can prioritize effectively, adapt to changing demands, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
* 2+ years of experience in:
* Graphic design with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, Lightroom).
* Familiarity with web-based tools (e.g., Canva).
* Strong copywriting skills, adaptable to different audiences.
* Social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
* Project management tools (e.g., Asana).
* Marketing automation and email platforms (e.g., MailChimp).
* Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere/Rush) is a plus.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Advanced English (required).
