Key Responsibilities
- Análisis de incidentes de calidad reportados por la fábrica.
- Gestionar la organización de la protección del cliente
- Gestionar el incumplimiento de los proveedores: abrir una No Conformidad, validar las causas y el plan de acción del proveedor, seguimiento de las acciones y acuerdos.
- Realizar auditorías al proveedor en su proximidad
- Pilotar reuniones con cliente para establecer acción / plazo / responsable del análisis de las reclamaciones de cliente.

- Conocimiento de herramientas de calidad 8D, Ishikawa…
- Habilidades para el análisis de problemas.
- Conocimientos intermedios de francés.
- Conocimientos avanzado de inglés.
- Interpretación de planos piezas automoción
- Conocimientos de software ofimático (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORD, etc.)
