What You'll Do
- Scale our performance marketing across Google and Microsoft.
- Manage daily budgets and lead execution across 5+ countries.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads - from keyword expansion to automation and bidding.
- Proactively test new Google Ads features and betas, exploring opportunities before broader industry adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Martech, Data, Product, Brand and SEO to ensure accurate tracking, strong creative/copy and brand alignment.
- Drive automation, tracking, and performance reporting at scale.
- Report on performance and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in performance marketing with a focus on lowering CAC, improving ROI, and driving revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads operations, bidding strategies and automation.
- Excellent grasp of data analytics.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
- Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and sharp execution skills.
- Hands-on with experimentation, designing A/B, geo and incrementality tests to drive measurable ROI.
- Creative problem solver who combines analytical rigor with ownership and initiative.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Degree in engineering, computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the beauty/wellness/health industry.
- Proficiency in one or more of these languages: German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Italian, Spanish.
