Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Stryker’s Joint Replacement Iberia business, driving market penetration and profitability for a high-growth region. You will oversee a regional sales leadership team, coordinate cross-functional activities, and execute national launch, marketing, and sales programs to achieve business objectives. You will manage P&L, budgets, and resources while shaping how the organization scales in Iberia.
