Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Stryker’s Joint Replacement Iberia business, driving market penetration and profitability for a high-growth region. You will oversee a regional sales leadership team, coordinate cross-functional activities, and execute national launch, marketing, and sales programs to achieve business objectives. You will manage P&L, budgets, and resources while shaping how the organization scales in Iberia. The position offers the chance to impact healthcare outcomes by performance-driven leadership in a cutting-edge product space.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Coordinate sales actions and manage reporting highlights - Optimize region resources including deposits, A&P, and expenses - Manage information workflow inside the department and with other teams - Oversee resources, personnel, and materials in the area - Maintain deep knowledge of CMF products and techniques - Monitor pricing policy and authorize discounts - Prepare monthly sales evolution reports for CMF Director - Lead the sales force coordination and promote products to the sales team - Execute periodic marketing plans and long-term strategic plans (3–5 years) - Launch products at national level;
coordinate distributionand logistics - Control investment, personnel, expenses, margins, and prices for the region - Ensure proper waste segregation in the department - Follow up and adapt to market conditions and regulatory expectations - Support cross-functional collaboration and customer engagementResponsabilidades - 10+ years of overall Commercial experience (marketing + sales) - Proven experience as Commercial/Division Business Unit Leader or Regional Sales Manager in medical devices - Direct selling experience with knowledge of key opinion leaders and competitors - Fluent in English and Spanish;
