PbResponsibilities： /b /pulliManage the daily delivery operations for Key Accounts (KAs), organizing and monitoring end-to-end (E2E) delivery fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and achievement of monthly KPIs. /liliCoordinate and communicate with all relevant internal teams, 3PL partners, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations. /liliMonitor and analyze delivery and logistics data, identify root causes of issues, propose corrective actions, and continuously improve operational efficiency. /liliProficiently operate CRFR calls, complete weekly KA communication meetings, optimize weekly delivery plans, and assist KAs in resolving delivery-related problems. /liliReview purchase orders, shipping documents, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance. /liliEnsure that the quality of all logistics and delivery services meets company standards and customer expectations. /liliRespond to customer inquiries, maintain effective communication channels, and ensure information is shared accurately and timely between all stakeholders. /liliSupport and execute continuous improvement projects as required by management. /liliComplete other tasks assigned by supervisors. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements： /b /pulliBachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. /liliMinimum b1+ year /b of experience in 3C product delivery, logistics, or related operations. /liliStrong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication in bSpanish and Chinese /b. /liliProactive, adaptable, and honest; strong problem-solving, execution, and relationship-building abilities. /liliFamiliar with the fast-paced environment of internet or technology companies; open-minded and a fast learner. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to prepare structured reports. /liliExperience with 3PL management, delivery KPI tracking, and continuous improvement projects is preferred. /li /ul
