Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes through a combination of value-add strategies and fostering strong relationships.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, provide proactive support, and develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. You'll also play a crucial role in empowering customers to realize the full value of our products and services, ultimately contributing to business growth and long-term partnerships.

Key Accountabilities
* Understand customer needs and pain points by utilizing market research and customer feedback, aligning solution offerings with market demand.
* Expand the reach and adoption of our solutions by using information from customers about use and adoption, along with technical knowledge of the solutions, to identify opportunities for increased retention, adoption, and new sales, including underutilized features.
* Follow up on customer metrics and take timely, appropriate actions to create multiple touchpoints.
* Monitor the health of customer accounts, identifying potential risks or issues that may impact retention based on usage and feedback.
* Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and priorities. Highlight customer success stories and testimonials to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
* Develop success plans for each customer, outlining their goals, milestones, and success metrics. Work collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes and drive value.
* Build and maintain a close relationship with customers through regular touchpoints, understanding their pain points and needs, and feeding insights back to enhance the solution roadmap.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of commercial experience with SaaS or IoT-focused products within supply chain, CPG, or retail sectors.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience with CRM and customer success platforms.
* Strong organizational and presentation skills.
* University degree; MBA or Master in Digital Business preferred.
* Knowledge of supply chain management, industry regulations, and food safety standards.
Experience
* Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, especially with SaaS or IoT products in supply chain, CPG, or retail/FMCG sectors.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships and analyze data for actionable insights.
Languages
* Fluency in English is essential.
* Fluency in Spanish, German, or French is desirable.
