The Role: Risk Data Analyst
As a Risk Data Analyst, you will play a key role in protecting the organization from financial, operational, and strategic risks. You will serve as the technical bridge between raw data and actionable business intelligence — analyzing complex datasets to identify potential threats, assess their impact, and enable data-driven decision-making across the company. # Execute company-wide data strategies by analyzing diverse datasets, including financial statements, operational logs, and market trends. Your analysis will be critical in identifying areas where the business may face financial loss or miss strategic opportunities.
Develop and maintain advanced risk models to support forecasting and scenario analysis. Prepare and present detailed reports and interactive dashboards for the CRO, senior management, and key stakeholders. Visualize key risk indicators, trends, and alerts to provide a clear overview of the company's risk landscape and support ongoing monitoring of our risk management framework.
Enhance our technical risk infrastructure by integrating risk management systems, supporting data workflows, and building automated solutions for data collection, analysis, and reporting. Transaction Monitoring
# Conduct real-time analysis of financial transactions to identify and investigate suspicious activity. Intermediate proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis
Proactive learner with a strong interest in developing expertise in fraud detection, risk management, and data analytics
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or similar)
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics), or equivalent practical experience
