People who'll push back when something doesn't make sense.The stack is Kotlin on AWS, but if you've used any OO language (Java, Python, Ruby, C#, PHP) and are open to learning, that's fine.
There's a monolith (by design), organised into modules.
They're not obsessed with microservices for the sake of it.You'll join a 20-person engineering team that's currently levelling up its structure, introducing proper processes, and looking to hire another three backend devs this year.
It's remote first, with 90% of the team across Europe, and you'll actually have autonomy to get work done.No legacy code.
No over engineering.
