We’re looking for a proactive IT professional with strong analytical skills and experience in modern cloud‑based environments.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner
Prioritize workload based on business impact and urgency
Perform root cause analysis and identify recurring issues
Monitor applications and services to ensure performance and stability
Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support L1
Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Consulting
Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience with Datadog (monitoring, logs, performance analysis)
Experience with Postman (API testing and troubleshooting)
Experience with ServiceNow (incident and ticket management)
Nice to have: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
Nice to have: Experience with IT service management processes (ITIL)
