The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, from receiving the customer’s purchase order to confirming payment, ensuring fast, accurate, and customer-focused service. This is hybrid and a full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, based in our offices in Badalona.
Key responsibilities include, among other tasks :
Accurately entering and recording customer orders, monitoring their progress, and keeping customers informed at all times.
Optimizing order size and frequency, as well as the full logistics process, including goods issue and shipment tracking.
Responding to customer inquiries and requests, collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.
Contributing to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required qualifications :
Solid professional experience in a similar role (customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurement).
Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes.
Experience with SAP R3 – SD module (highly valued).
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
