We are hiring a Mental Health Therapist to join us onsite in our Los Altos, California clinic. Onsite supervision for limited permits is available.
What You Will Work On

* Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex SMI patients
* Provide continuous, regular support as patients navigate recovery, both in person and occasionally virtually
* Deliver evidence‑based care in a holistic, wrap‑around care model
* Collaborate with patient care teams and behavioral health providers to ensure an integrated, cohesive approach to care
* Address medical needs to mitigate negative impacts of social determinants of health
* Provide consultation to therapists on the treatment team, including licensed therapists and trainees; assist with program development
What You'll Have
*
* Active Licensed Psychologist, LMSW, AMFT, or LPC license in the state of CA; onsite supervision for limited permits available
* Thrives in a collaborative team environment and establishes positive relationships with other medical professionals
* Experience and interest in working with adults and at least 1 year of experience working with patients with severe mental illness
* Experience in evidence‑based interventions, including CBT, DBT, or MI
* Ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism
* Thorough understanding of confidentiality and appropriate documentation standards
* Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn and navigate new tools and technologies
* Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously
* Strong listening skills and excellent verbal communication capabilities

Compensation & Benefits
