We are looking for a dynamic and solution-driven Production Innovation Lead to champion the development and industrialization of new chocolate products at our Oñati plant. This role combines deep technical know-how with culinary creativity to scale up innovative recipes into efficient, high-quality production lines.You will be at the heart of product innovation, working closely with R\uamp;D, quality, production and commercial teams to turn concepts into market-ready products.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the industrialization of new chocolate formats (pralinés, tablets, filled bars) from pilot to full-scale production.Collaborate with R\uamp;D to adapt formulations for line compatibility, texture, structure, and shelf stability.Identify and implement new techniques, technologies and equipment to improve process efficiency and product quality.Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives in collaboration with plant and maintenance teams.Troubleshoot production challenges and support technical teams during product launches.Work with packaging and operations to ensure seamless transition of new formats and SKUs.Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards throughout development cycles.RequirementsDegree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar technical field.Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably chocolate, confectionery, or bakery.Proven experience scaling up recipes and managing product launch readiness in factory settings.Solid understanding of chocolate tempering, filling, moulding, and cooling processes.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).What We OfferA hands-on innovation role at one of Natra’s flagship consumer product factories.The opportunity to shape new product formats consumed across the globe.A collaborative environment focused on quality, efficiency and creativity.Competitive salary package and development opportunities in a global company committed to sustainability and innovation.
