We are looking for an
\n
Account Executive to join our international sales team, working 100% remotely from
\n
Spain. You will help scale our presence across multiple regions, covering enterprise and mid‑market accounts worldwide. This isn’t just about executing a playbook; you’ll co‑develop our sales function and bring best practices from your own background, working alongside experienced AEs, Technical Engineers, and Sales Support.
\n
Responsibilities
\n
Own the Full Sales Cycle: From first conversation to signed contract, manage every step of the journey, including discovery, demos, negotiation and closing.
\n
Build and Grow Your Pipeline: Develop inbound leads from marketing, generate outbound opportunities through your own prospecting, and keep your pipeline healthy and your forecast predictable.
\n
Position the Right Solution: Understand your prospects’ challenges and connect them with the right Nextron solutions, engaging users, decision‑makers, and influencers along the way.
\n
Partner with Technical Engineers: Collaborate closely with our technical team to deliver compelling demos and provide the expertise your prospects need.
\n
Develop Strategic Partnerships: Work with go‑to‑market partners (Managed SOC Operators, IT Security Service Providers, DFIR Response Specialist Firms) to extend your reach and open new doors.
\n
Expand Existing Accounts: Become a trusted advisor to your customers and identify opportunities for cross‑ and upsell to drive long‑term growth.
\n
Shape Our Go‑to‑Market Strategy: Your frontline insights matter. Contribute to how we define our Ideal Customer Profile, product‑market fit, and routes to market.
\n
Report to the Regional Sales Director: You’ll have a direct line to leadership, with the support and autonomy to make things happen.
\n
Deliver Results: Keep your CRM accurate, build reliable forecasts, and consistently hit (or exceed) your targets.
\n
Qualifications
\n
Experience: 2+ years of B2B new customer acquisition experience in SaaS, software, or cybersecurity. Understanding of cybersecurity, threat detection, or response technologies is a strong plus.
\n
Self‑Starter Mentality: Entrepreneurial drive and intrinsic motivation to help scale Nextron’s presence in new markets. You take ownership and make things happen.
\n
Executive Presence: You can speak the language of CISOs and CIOs, and you’re equally effective with hands‑on security teams, understanding how enterprise deals get done.
\n
Relationship Builder: Skilled at building trust remotely, with the presence and communication skills to engage stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
\n
Analytical and Action‑Oriented: Results‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills, combined with a getting‑things‑done attitude and confident demeanor.

Client‑Centric Approach: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a genuine passion for solving customer problems.
\n
