Description Job Summary
Supplies Market Category is responsible for Supplies 4Ps and P&L Management of the relevant geography Southern Eastern and Middle East & Africa (more than 90 countries) and EU2. Our wide market will bring great opportunities for the Business Analyst joining the team.
Responsibilities
* Business analytics to support the objectives for region.
* Elaborate insights from collected data and share recommendations to Country / Market Category Leads
* Monitor trends by RTMs (Retail, Commercial, Proximity)
* Simplify and automatize tools and process.
* Participate in Operating Excellence and transformational projects in collaboration with experiences business managers and senior transformation lead.
* Engage effectively with RTMs including sales, marketing, country or market people
* Support local analytics for multi-country clusters
* Sustainability reporting and monitoring working closely with Sustainability lead.
* Monitors regional inventory levels to ensure that sufficient stock is available to meet customer demands.
* Facilitates communication with regional sales forces to support the acceleration of the sales process.
* Represents the voice of the customer by gathering and sharing insights on customer needs and preferences.
Education & Experience Recommended
* Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
* Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
* Retail offline experience analysis enabling Actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer experience across physical retail
