Main Responsibilities Achieves sales results in the geographic area assigned (regions : Levante Norte comprising Barcelona and periphery, Galicia, Basque Country, Asturias, Valencia, Balearic Islands).
Follows bids and tenders in the territory in conjunction with the Customer Service dept.
Negotiates with identified private groups even outside of the assigned territory.
Attends congresses and events.
Manages a team of agents and KAM (Key Account Manager).
Assigns sales objectives and monitors sales results through reports and analysis.
Coaches the team to improve performance.
Spends time in the field together with the team.
Establishes and maintains constant business relations in the territory with key clinical opinion leaders and hospital administration key roles (e.g., Head of Pharmacy, Head of Purchases).
Requirements Knowledge of procedures related to public tenders, competence in radiology and healthcare market, use of PC for reporting and sales analysis.
Experience in sales to public and private centers.
Full working proficiency in Spanish.
Intermediate level of English.
Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory (Levante Norte).
