Product Analytics Strategy Lead

Summary

As the Product Analytics Strategy Lead for Hospitality, you will be responsible for defining and executing the digital analytics vision and measurement framework across all guest-facing digital products. Your role involves tracking, interpreting, and acting on user data to improve product performance, enhance guest experiences, and support internal teams and high-end clients in making data-driven decisions.

This position is ideal for an experienced digital analytics professional who is proactive, collaborative, and confident in leading strategy and execution in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Ownership:
Design and lead the long-term analytics strategy for all guest-facing hospitality products, aligning with business goals, KPIs, and client needs.
2. Functional Leadership:
Guide and support the analytics team, mentor the Senior Product Analyst, and collaborate with external vendors and consultants.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with product, UX, development, marketing, and operations teams to embed analytics into the product lifecycle.
4. Client Enablement:
Support clients and client-facing teams with advanced analytics, campaign tracking, and measurement strategies.
5. Data Governance & Compliance:
Ensure analytics practices are scalable, privacy-compliant, and adhere to legal and internal standards.
6. Insight Activation:
Generate actionable insights, establish reporting processes, and support data-driven decisions in product and UX development.
7. Analytics Culture Building:
Promote a data-informed mindset across the organization by sharing best practices and success stories.

About the ideal candidate:

* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
* Master’s degree preferred, especially in analytics, digital strategy, or business intelligence.
* Relevant certifications (e.G., GA4, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Python, tag management) are a plus.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital or product analytics, preferably in hospitality or guest-facing digital products.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders.
* Strong technical skills in analytics tools (e.G., GA4, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau).
* Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and develop data-driven solutions.
* High attention to data quality, accuracy, validation, and reliability of insights.
* Experience mentoring teams and fostering a collaborative analytics culture.
* Experience managing external vendors, including budgeting and oversight.
* Excellent communication skills to convey complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
