Establishment and expansion of global ITIL asset management processes
Responsiblefor advising on processes related to the ITIL service platform
Responsible for the global software asset management process
Advising on and reviewing licensing issues
Your area of responsibility is globally oriented
Responsible for standardizing and expanding the most important core processes related to IT support
Supporting your colleagues in designing new and existing processes
Actively supporting the service platform area and involved in the operational processes of license management
Successfully completed a degree in computer science, IT systems engineering, or comparable training.
At least five years of experience in the above-mentioned areas after completing your training.
Many years of experience in IT operations management and its processes (ITIL).
You are familiar with service management tools
Good knowledge of IT asset management (ITAM)
Professional in the field of license management
You are familiar with the planning and implementation of IT projects
You enjoy working in an international environment and have no difficulty communicating in English
