The Program
The Manager in Training program is a blended‑learning, 90‑day program focused on immersing a manager in all aspects involved in running a multi‑million dollar business. Training takes place in store locations and covers the necessary principles of management including creating a best in‑store experience, recruiting, inclusion & diversity, human resources, store operations and visual merchandising.
The Career Progression
Completion of the training program is required to advance to the Assistant Manager role. Successful completion is the first step for leadership and the company strongly advocates a philosophy of growth from within. All District Managers, Regional Managers, Directors and even Vice Presidents of Stores have gone through the MIT Program.
